Shot in painstaking stop-motion-technique with a digital photo camera, the clip by Eighty3.org -Trio Phillipp Toscani, Lukas Lorenz and Clemens Toscani had its first appearance on the big screen in 2005 at the “Film- und Videodays Vienna”, where it won one of the awards.

It is three months now, that our small but fine hiphop platform went online. And still, we ain’t been shut down by any international or national copyrightsownerprotectorshipcompany or whatsoever. Which might be the case, because (almost) everythig to be seen and heard on these very pages is (hand)made by ourselves.

The perfect opportunity to start the new year with an exception to this rule: As you can see, the videoclip, we’d like to share with you, has originally been published on YouTube. We stumpled upon it when reading the wonderful German Hiphop blog “Fenster zum Hof”.

Lotsa work and excitement behind us these days.
Sliver made up a brandnew track from his lyrix “Mit einem Schnips” and a Autlaw-Beat. Freshmint rocked the ShrimpHouse for the second time - this time supported by a friend, who derserves a special introduction later on. And, last but not least, Ease had his personal big time at a Hiphop-Casting-Show.

Too many and too exciting news to jot them down within one little posting. So, for now: Watch out! Coming soon - In this web theater!

But now, let’s talk about the most urgent topics of all: Since Thursday, december 7th, it’s official - Sliver is nominated for the Austrian Newcomer Award 2008! From tomorrow, monday, on, there will be an online-voting on the website of theANA08.

So this is our call:

Give your voice for da SliverSquirrelSwing and make sure, the RCAs will be right there at the finals of this important award!
